Angela Birnie:
Angela Birnie received her Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Guelph in 2001. She completed her dietetic internship at St. Paul's Hospital in 2002, and has been working as a clinical dietitian at St. Paul's Hospital since then. She received extra training as a certified nutrition support dietitian (CNSD) in 2005.
Angela has experience in a variety of clinical and outpatient settings, including cardiac, HIV, general psychiatry, maternity and general medicine units. However, her passion remains working in the field of eating disorders. Angela regularly presents lectures and workshops regarding nutrition and health. She also offers training sessions to professionals.

Dr. Daryl Ternowski:
Daryl Ternowski holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Simon Fraser University. He also completed an APA accredited internship at Vanderbilt University, TN, USA. Dr. Ternowski’s clinical research has included the evaluation of the impact of exercise on psychological well being in adolescents and research into the effective of a large provincial forensic psychotherapy treatment program. Dr. Ternowski currently works part-time as a psychologist at the Eating Disorder Program at St. Paul’s Hospital. In his private practice, Dr. Ternowski works with people with disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.

Kim Williams:
Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia in 1993. She completed her dietetic internship in 1994 at the Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, B.C. Kim has worked part-time with the Eating Disorder Program since 1994, providing nutrition counseling to clients in individual and group sessions. In 2005, she was awarded a Clinician Researcher Fellowship grant from the Canadian Institute for Health Research to support her research activities. Kim has published and presented her work on eating disorders nationally and internationally.
